Trinity County General Plan Update – Circulation Element

In April of 2021, Green DOT was selected by Trinity County as part of the consultant team preparing the Trinity General Plan Update. Green DOT’s role on the project team, led by prime consultant Mintier Harnish, is to prepare the Circulation Element Update. The Circulation Element will describe the transportation system in Trinity County, including roadways, transit, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, and services, as well as guide the future vision for transportation development in Trinity County. The future vision will be supported by the goals, policies, and actions developed in the Circulation Plan and vetted with Trinity County, project partners, and other stakeholders, including the public. The Circulation Element will be consistent with the Land Use Element of the GPU and will consider land use patterns and projections
