Shasta Planning Data Dashboard – Shasta Regional Transportation Agency

Green DOT, partnering with RSG and contracted by Shasta Regional Transportation Agency.  leads the outreach and public engagement process for the Shasta Planning Data Dashboard project, ensuring that stakeholders remain closely involved in the platform’s development and evaluation. Our role focuses on designing and implementing a participatory engagement plan that actively includes policymakers, local government agencies, tribal entities, and community members throughout the project’s lifecycle.

We organize targeted workshops, meetings, and activities that allow stakeholders to test the dashboard, provide feedback, and collaborate on improvements. Dedicated sessions are held with local government agencies and tribal representatives to ensure the dashboard addresses their unique needs and priorities. Through surveys, demonstrations, and usability testing, Green DOT ensures that stakeholder input directly informs platform design and functionality.

To maintain ongoing engagement, we coordinate continuous communication efforts through project website updates, newsletters, and social media channels. We also facilitate follow-up workshops where participants evaluate the final version of the dashboard, review the impact of their feedback, and discuss next steps for implementation and future applications.

This inclusive outreach process strengthens the project by fostering transparency, ensuring the dashboard reflects regional priorities, and building long-term support among key partners and the public.
