Redwood Coast Transit Authority – On-Call Program Management

The Redwood Coast Transit Authority (RCTA) selected Green DOT Transportation Solutions to serve as its on-call program manager, guiding two major Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (TIRCP) projects: (1) the Williams Drive Maintenance & Operations Facility Electric Bus Charging Infrastructure and (2) the new Downtown Crescent City Transit Center. Under this five-year agreement Green DOT provides full-cycle capital project support, including project controls, schedule and budget tracking, procurement oversight, risk analysis, and monthly board reporting, to ensure both projects move from concept through construction in compliance with state grant requirements. Our team leads consultant procurements, coordinates environmental documentation, manages design contracts, reviews invoices, and maintains RCTA’s grant and financial records. A web-based program-management dashboard (Smartsheet) delivers real-time cost, cash-flow, and schedule analytics, giving RCTA early warning of variances and allowing rapid recovery plans. The contract began April 30 2024 and extends through April 30 2029, aligning with the anticipated completion and close-out of both capital projects.
