Siskiyou County Local Transportation Commission

Green DOT Transportation Solutions was contracted by Siskiyou County Local Transportation Commission (SCLTC) to provide contracted Executive Director services. Green DOT owner and principal planner Jeff Schwein currently acts as the SCLTC Executive Director with support from Green DOT staff. Major duties for the Executive Director include developing and implementing the Overall Work Program (OWP), drafting LTC agendas and coordinating monthly LTC meetings, coordinating other LTC functions, representing the SCLTC and attending meetings with other agencies and entities, providing fiscal services and auditing, tracking and administering various transportation funds, providing project development assistance to Siskiyou County public works and local agencies, grant-writing,  and fulfilling the general planning duties associated with a regional transportation planning agency.
