The plan identified over 220 projects across all transportation modes, requiring $129 million in short-range improvements (0-10 years) and $453 million in long-range needs (11-20 years). Tehama County’s stable population growth and geographic constraints made projects focused on existing infrastructure preservation and multimodal connectivity a high priority within the Plan.
