Tehama County Active Transportation Plan

Green DOT Transportation Solutions has an unwavering commitment to enhancing transportation facilities and elevating the human travel experience. In a collaborative partnership with the Tehama County Transportation Commission (TCTC), we crafted an Active Transportation Plan that would reshape the county's transportation landscape. Our commitment to community engagement fostered a shared understanding of the region and yielded community ownership and engagement throughout the project process. The Plan built on previous planning efforts while ensuring that all future active transportation projects are compliant with state and federal goals. Additionally, our team positioned projects identified in the ATP to be competitive for state and federal funding opportunities. The resulting plan identified and prioritized Tehama County's active transportation needs, balancing community aspirations, feasibility evaluations, and funding opportunities.  Our team created an extensive catalog of the county's existing infrastructure and identified critical gaps within the sidewalk networks, bicycle routes, and trail systems.
