The Amador County Transportation Commission engaged Green DOT Transportation Solutions through an on-call contract to offer comprehensive support and programming services. These services included aiding in the development and execution of state and federally-funded transportation projects. Additionally, Green DOT provided preliminary planning and design services to kickstart key transportation initiatives which bolstered funding strategies that aligned with ACTC's Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). Furthermore, Green DOT actively assisted ACTC staff in various capacities, including report completion to ensure compliance with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The partnership also extended to managing filing systems, conducting audits, and resolving a wide range of transportation-related issues. This collaborative effort aimed to streamline project development and management while maintaining compliance with essential regulations and standards.
